Facebook Fan Page (Recommended)
This is clearly the better of the two options. News & Update feed is more pleasant. The photo gallery is organizable and easier to navigate. This page is also updated much more regularly than the fan page and messages are sent to users in a more consistent basis.
Facebook Group Page
Not as good as the fan page, due to Facebook’s ugly group page layout and lack of organizable photo galleries. On the bright side, it is easier to mass invite friends.
